Ark Rivals

Introduction

Ark Rivals is a blockchain-based, action strategy game that utilizes the Binance Smart Chain and Kardia networks with its NFTs and cryptocurrency, ARKN. The game, which can be played on mobile devices for free, combines the space theme with the base capturing/defending game style.

Gameplay

In the game, players build their own bases and improve their buildings and defenses. At the same time, they attack other bases with their armies, space ships, and commanders and seize the riches and resources of the other players. To completely neutralize a base, players must destroy the main building, the Ark. After the Ark is destroyed, all the valuable treasures of the destroyed base belong to the attacking and successful player.

Players can build resource extraction and defense buildings on their bases in Ark Rivals. Gold Mines and Hyper Fuel Pumps are the game's main resource buildings that help players obtain gold and fuel. With gold, players can build new buildings and upgrade the old ones, while fuel is the primary source to boost technological advances, troops, ships, and commanders. In addition to resource buildings, defensive buildings are structures built to prevent bases from being easily captured and to keep attackers at bay. Players can strategically place many defensive structures on their bases, such as walls, mini turrets, flamethrowers, shield generators, land mines, etc. 

There are five different NFT assets in total in the game; ships, commanders, Arkadiums, faction lands, and ARKN Miner. The Legendary and Arcana rarity level spaceships and commanders are NFT assets with unique characteristics. Commanders pilot the ships and can make a difference on the battlefield with their unique features. Arkadiums are magical NFT space stones that can help to improve commanders and buff them. Players can use Arkadium to make their commanders stronger and battles easier. Players can purchase faction land to participate in Faction Wars. The limited number of faction lands also have certain features, and these features can provide extra support to the players. For example, a land with an attack buff will increase the attack power of the player's spaceship, troops, and commander. Lastly, the ARKN Miners are buildings that produce ARKN tokens for players. Based on their ARKN level, players can place a certain number of ARKN Mines on their bases. ARKN Mines, which have rarity levels such as Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Immortal, have features such as level, health pool, capacity, and production rate.

Token Information

Ark Rivals uses the ARKN token as its native cryptocurrency. Owners of this token can vote for the game's future and buy NFT assets to use in the game. To earn ARKN tokens, players can place ARKN Miners on their bases or join Faction Wars to earn rewards by winning.
