Arker: The Legend of Ohm

Introduction

Arker: The Legend of Ohm is a play-to-earn free-to-play turn-based role-playing game where players can own NFT characters while earning ARKER and FOA tokens on the Binance Smart Chain network. There are both PvE and PvP modes to play, and players will be controlling a hero with his pet to participate in battles. The game is available to play on both PC and mobile platforms.

Gameplay

Arker: The Legend of Ohm features four different gameplay modes. Battle Mode is a PvP mode that is entered by buying a ticket with FOA tokens and puts the players against another player in an arena, while the Showdown mode allows players to train and fight a copy of themselves. PvE mode consists of interconnected levels that players will have to complete in success to progress, and the Guild War mode is a 10v10 battle where two guilds fight against each other.

Players can improve and upgrade certain aspects of the game through the Village. There are various upgrades such as increasing the maximum energy, the attack damage, the health points, and additional cosmetic improvements. Items like helmets, armors, or weapons can also be used to boost the player hero’s attributes by equipping them.

Hero abilities cost wisdom, players can give their heroes a maximum of eight abilities in total. After entering the battle, four of these abilities are randomly selected and can be used in the fight. There are also pets that accompany the player during their battles; they have special abilities that benefit the battle. 

Battles take place in turns, and each side will have thirty seconds to act per turn. Both sides’ turns take place simultaneously, which means that both players play their turn simultaneously. The hero who has used a more powerful ability will perform their action. The other player will be given a chance to attack in the next turn. The battle ends when a hero has exhausted all his hit points, or both have used their four abilities. The winner is rewarded with experience and gold.

Token Information

FOA tokens can be earned by fighting against other players in PvP modes and progressing through the PvE modes. Daily missions and competing in special events and guild wars also reward tokens. ALKER tokens act as governance tokens that allow voting and have a finite supply.
