Introduction

What is Cyberpunk City?

Cyberpunk City is a play-to-earn blockchain massively multiplayer online role-playing game metaverse where players can own NFT characters and earn CYBER tokens on the Elrond network. The game is built with Unreal Engine 5 and offers a vast city that incorporates aspects and mechanics from both the metaverse and the MMORPG genre. The game is available on PCs.

Gameplay

Cyberpunk City is a dystopian metaverse that features an open world. Players can explore the cityscape and participate in both PvP and PvE activities like races, cooperative missions, and duels. PvP duels take place in various battlegrounds throughout the city, while the PvE co-op missions range from heists to hold-ups. Seasonal tournaments are held each month for players to enter and receive CYBER token rewards. Players can also group up and hang out in places like bars or parks, and even form clans to participate in events together.

Cyberpunk's NFTs

Player characters each have a set of skills and customizations. Players can complete different events and activities around the city to gain new loot and improve their characters. Each weapon, piece of equipment, or vehicle can be upgraded in order to enhance their capabilities. They are also NFT assets that aren’t attached to player characters and can be traded and exchanged on the marketplace.

The game has a wide array of NFT items such as vehicles, weapons, equipment, billboards, and public galleries. Players can own different types of vehicles and utilize them in order to traverse around the city. Weapons and pieces of equipment range from energy rifles, emp bombs, poisened katanas, and many more. Billboards and public galleries, on the other hand, act as spaces that can either be rented to other players or used to display their own customizations and collections.

Players can contribute to the game’s economy and earn at the same time by being one of the following user categories: citizens, managers, or investors. In order to become a citizen, players need to own a character from the NFT citizen collection. This gives players access to the game and generates passive income. Managers are the property owners that have a steady income rate, while investors are the token holders that generate income.

Token Information

CYBER token is the default currency that can be used in Cyberpunk City. It can be used to buy NFT items from the marketplace. Every in-game transaction is handled in CYBER tokens. They can also be staked for further profits.
