DeFi Kingdoms

Introduction

DeFi Kingdoms is a play-to-earn, role-playing NFT gaming ecosystem where players can participate in play-to-earn activities. It has its own JEWEL token, Decentralized Exchange, and NFT assets. Players can own NFT heroes and earn tokens from in-game events.

Gameplay

Heroes are able to craft, use, and trade equipment NFT’s. They can also level and earn player tokens. Heroes have two types of genes, one for appearance and another for playable attributes. A newly summoned hero will randomize these two genes. Players can go on quests within the kingdom, which allows players to gain experience, gather resources, and increase their yield from their gardens. Eggs can be found throughout the world which can be hatched into rare pets. Heroes can team in groups of 3 and participate in seasonal tournaments, and compete against others for JEWEL prizes.

Players can build on their land plots to mine resources. Kingdoms have resource nodes that are randomly placed and can be mined and harvested by buildings placed next to them. Some buildings also provide passive bonuses for all the heroes a player owns. They can be upgraded to multiply their benefits. Gardens also grant higher staking rewards.

Token Information

JEWEL tokens can be traded for in-game items and staked. The game features an in-game bank and it works directly with the DEX; players can deposit JEWEL to receive shares. The gardens on the other hand are a place for players to stake liquidity provider tokens to receive JEWEL tokens. Each garden represents the player's total share and the gardener tending the plants represents the countdown timer between the blocks mined.
