Era7: Game of Truth is a play-to-earn blockchain NFT trading card game where players can own NFT cards and earn ERA and GOT tokens on the Binance Smart Chain network. Players can combine cards in their library to create strong decks to enter various battles. The game is available on both mobile and PC platforms.
Era7: Game of Truth features PvE and PvP game modes in which players can participate. In order to play in these modes, players need to own NFT cards and build decks. The cards are divided into seven forces; Inferno, Frozen Necropolis, Academy of Mysteria, Roughrock Weald, Pirate Bay, Zen Valley, and Empire of Light. Each force has two types of cards; master and battle. Master cards act as player characters that have special abilities, while the battle cards are the creatures and spells the players summon during a match.
Master cards can summon battle cards daily by performing the summoning process. Master cards need to be sealed beforehand, and each has a cap for the total number of battle cards that can be summoned. The numbers depend on the rarity of a master card, and they can be one of the four rarities; common, rare, epic, or legendary. Summoned battle cards will be of the corresponding two racial attributes of the parent master card. Players can consume ERA or GOT tokens to fuel the summoning if a master card has reached the maximum number of summons. Additionally, battle cards can be upgraded by combining two of the same level card; this adds up to the amount required for each level, with level five requiring a total of sixteen cards.
Matches are played on a battlefield that has two nine-by-nine platforms for each player's side. Players draw cards from their deck randomly and can use them to their effect, either to attack or defend themselves. PvE mode requires at least thirty cards to participate in, and players face various challenges and levels that reward resources and cards. There are eight campaigns with fifty levels that contain a large number of challenges. The PvP mode features an arena where the players can fight each other. The matchmaking is based on players’ ranks, and players with higher ranks get better rewards each match. There are ranked competitions, tournaments, and world cups that are held regularly that require a fee to enter and reward great prizes and tokens. Players can also create, host, or join custom matches through the in-game brawl tavern.
ERA and GOT tokens can be earned by successfully participating in different game modes. ERA tokens are used to purchase Era Boxes and used in the marketplace, while GOT tokens are used to summon and upgrade battle cards. Players can also participate in staking for further profits.
