Volume (24h)Faraland is a play-to-earn, multiplayer role-playing NFT game on Binance Smart Chain that lets players own unique NFT warriors. Players can own heroes from 7 different clans; human, orc, angel, dragonborn, demon, elf, and fairy. These races all have distinct abilities and passives. Players can draft teams of 3 and send them to quests. Partying different clans and elements together makes for divergent gameplay. They can upgrade their heroes, equipment, and pets. They can also join guilds and engage in combat with other guilds while also fighting bosses to earn great prizes. There are also eight different elements where each has an advantage over one another.
In Faraland, players can tackle daily quests, story missions, or random encounters. There are branching paths to quests, and only if the player chooses the right path, the reward will be awarded to them.
There is a crafting system where players can use raw materials gained from mission drops. The in-game items are weapons, clothes, equipment, and potions. Both the items and raw materials are usable in the marketplace. The rarities of the items are divided into six parts; common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary, and mythical.
The in-game currency is gold, which is used to buy items. Energy is a consumed stamina bar for every activity in the game. There are also soul stones that can be used to summon demi heroes. Soul stones can be either obtained through gameplay or can be bought with FaraCrystal tokens. FaraCrystal tokens can be used to raise heroes’ floor prices, purchase equipment, change a hero’s name, trade equipment in the marketplace, upgrade equipment, and staking.
All skills in the game are divided into two types; skill trees and skill books. Skill trees are attached to races and each hero can be upgraded with different branching paths in a tree. Skill books, on the other hand, are NFT items that can be consumed to learn a skill. They are available for all heroes.
Expedition game mode can earn players soul stones, gold coins, and experience points. Players receive two daily quests every day, and they can participate in both the main and side quests.
Gems and soul stones that are earned through in-game quests can be converted or exchanged into FARA tokens. FARA can also be earned by participating in PvP tournaments that are based on a ELO point ranking system, and by renting or trading NFT heroes. The in-game FARA pool is accumulated from Gacha revenues, trading fees on the marketplace, and the fees from leveling up equipment.
