Mobland

Introduction

Mobland is a play-to-earn mafia-themed blockchain action RPG that utilizes the Ethereum network with its cryptocurrency, SYNR. In the game, players can fight with rival syndicates, loot their precious items, build and lead their own criminal organization.

Gameplay

In Mobland, players act as a boss of a syndicate. They manage their organization, trade goods, expand members and land to be the best criminal organization out there. By attacking and gaining control of turfs that belonged to other players, they’ll grow their businesses while looting and raiding other player controlled-syndicates. 

The game offers PvE and PvP gameplay to its players. Managing, building, and environment-focused missions are all parts of the PvE gameplay, while fighting against rival syndicates and conquering turfs are parts of PvP gameplay. The PvP battles happen asynchronously; the attacker players face the AI syndicate members assigned by the defender player beforehand. Players can climb higher on the leaderboard by seizing other players’ assets and earning reputation points.  

Mobland adopts a free-to-earn game model, and under this model, the game offers four different categories of submodels to players; Grinder, Capitalist, Hodler, and Governance. Grinder players can participate in different activities such as daily events, PvE and PvP missions, recurring events, leaderboard events, and syndicate events to earn rewards. As the name indicates, they are hardcore players who love to spend time in the game to earn in-game rewards. Capitalists can seize the opportunities that the Mobland ecosystem offers by reallocating Turfs and Licenses to generate additional revenue instead of selling them directly on the marketplaces. Hodlers can hold and stake their assets for additional income, in-game boosts, and privileges. Governance-type players can stake SYNR tokens to participate in the game’s governance committee.

Token Information

SYNR token is the governance token of Mobland. Players can stake SYNR tokens to earn different rewards such as sSYN tokens, which are used to purchase in-game assets on the marketplace, generate sPower to delegate to syndicate leader, earn additional rewards, and boost their in-game characters to help them on their criminal conquest.
