Volume (24h)My Neighbor Alice is a play-to-earn multiplayer builder simulation game where players can buy and own virtual lands in the metaverse, collect and construct valuable items, and socialize.
The game combines a fun narrative for players who want to enjoy the gameplay and an ecosystem for players who want to collect, own and trade NFTs. The game development team states that they are innovating a new unobtrusive way of connecting an exciting game narrative to blockchain features with My Neighbor Alice, which has the potential to attract millions of gamers. The metaverse is designed for players to own the game and its items. With the democratic governance model of the game, My Neighbor Alice aims to create a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO).
My Neighbor Alice metaverse is located in the Lummelunda archipelago, a place where animals and humans share the same land peacefully. Whoever wants to venture into this island of adventure can join the community by buying a piece of land and performing various activities such as fishing, bug catching, and beekeeping. Alice, whose name is named the game, shares this peaceful island with her friends; Björn the Bear, Beekeeper Bob, Ivan the Merchant, and Shipwright José. Players can interact with these neighbors of Alice and help her with her duties and daily activities. By doing that, players can earn rewards that can be exchanged for in-game items that players can use on their own lands.
After becoming a member of the community, players can design and decorate their property to make it more customized. In order to do that, players can experiment with the landscape freely and use in-game NFTs which are available in the form of vegetation, furniture, buildings, or animals.
