Orbitau

Introduction

Orbitau is a play-to-earn blockchain-based strategy game that utilizes the Binance Smart Chain network with its NFT assets and cryptocurrencies, TAUM, ORI. Players will take on the role of different heroes to conquer highly challenging but rewarding quests. They can also join together to do co-op quests, form guilds, and engage in PvP and create unique NFTs to trade.

Gameplay

In Orbitau Players go on quests to fight their way through various bosses, including the almighty Barkanz Dragon to bring peace and prosperity to the Orbitau citizens. Inspired by European mythical tales, Orbitau allows players to take on the form of heroes corresponding to the five elements of life: Ore, Ocean, Earth, Forest, and Ember, with attributes of strength, dexterity, and intelligence.

Players begin their journey with three heroes, each with their own skill set. In this mythical world, they will engage in PvE and PvP in the arena to gain monetary rewards, combine and upgrade their heroes, and fuse their pets while progressing through the story and the arenas. In Orbitau, NFTs will include eggs, heroes, pets, lands, and other rare items. Players will complete daily quests that reveal part of the plot and weekly optional quests with higher rewards to progress. They can also go through towers of increasing complexity according to their current power level and receive many high-value rewards along the journey to conquer the lands.

Orbitau also lets players form guilds and take part in clan activities such as building clan facilities, boss hunting, conquering territory, and profit from taxing their earned NFT lands which can be rented or developed by the players themselves.

Orbitau encourages players to not only complete main story quests but also participate in various activities to build an active community. Players' core earnings will come from main story quests (PvE) and trading NFTs on the marketplace. Players can also receive unique items and rewards from guild and co-op activities.

Token Information

TAUM is the governance token for all the games in the Taureum ecosystem. The token is utilized throughout to purchase products and services in the ecosystem as well as the Orbitau NFT marketplace. TAUM holders will have the voting right on the Taureum-related projects. They can earn this from completing in-game activities and random events and use it to purchase items, eggs, and heroes on the NFT marketplace to upgrade major heroes and breed eggs. The game’s utility token ORI can be earned in the same way but will be used to buy lesser items and upgrade minor heroes and not on NFTs.
