Pocolands is a turn-based strategy battler game on the Binance Smart Chain network utilizing the POCO token. In order to start playing, players need to mint at least 4 creatures called Pocos.
There are five ways to play and earn from Pocolands; do daily quests, join events, compete in PVP battles and tournaments, sell your NFTs in the marketplace and rent your Poco through its rental service.
When spending time doing daily quests or joining events, players will have a chance to get rare items, equipment, and PocoLove Token. These resources will help users upgrade the skills of their Poco characters or help breed the offspring. The newly bred Poco can be exchanged on the NFT market. Similarly, players can also trade these items on the NFT market directly to earn more POCO tokens.
Pocolands’ PVP arena is the home to 1v1 battles. A player can build their squad of four Poco warriors from their collection to combat opponents in each round. They need to defeat their enemies to gain rewards. Matchups will be determined automatically by the system between players with similar point accumulations. These arena battles are turn-based which means that players’ units act taking turns when in combat. PVP Rank is played with the model “Attack and Defense.” When playing the game (online), players can use their “Attack” formation to engage in battles. When the player goes offline, his team formation will be put into “Defense” mode with his defending formation. Successful Attack or Defense will result in higher points for the player’s rank. Failure in doing so will result in losing rank points. In addition to regular PVP mode, there are also weekly tournaments for all the players. To participate, players need to buy a ticket, and the more tickets are sold, the more valuable the rewards of the tournament become. The prizes are distributed among players based on their ranks at the end of the tournament.
Poco Crop is the Pocos’ hometown, and it is divided into individual plots of land, which act as homes and farms. Plots can be improved over time using a variety of resources and crafting ingredients that can be found throughout the game. In addition, landowners might find seeds on their land plots to start growing crops or use the Pocos that occupy the land plot to explore resource nodes on the map. When interacting with resource nodes, Pocos can find resources that can potentially be used to upgrade an individual farm or Pocos.
Pocolands will have staking, which will allow players to stake their POCO tokens and NFTs for passive income and loot boxes that contain items and equipment.
