The gameplay of the game centers on four different gaming experiences: grand strategy, exploration, role-playing, and space flight simulation. The grand strategy aspect of the game encourages players to take the wheel of their adventure and install strategic trade routes using an offensive or defensive approach. To be able to augment that grand strategy, the game enables players to venture into deep space and scan and explore the celestial and terrestrial assets of the cosmos.
