Volume (24h)WonderHero is a play-to-earn turn-based MMORPG mobile game where players can collect NFTs, trade them in the marketplace, and earn coins in different gameplay modes. WND and HON are the main in-game currencies.
In WonderHero, there are two game modes. Battle mode serves as a PvE story campaign, while Arena mode is a PvP experience. In the PvE battle mode, players can progress through a story-driven campaign which is divided into chapters. Every chapter has different challenges which grant players a star. Collecting stars allows players to earn rewards. In the PvP arena mode, players fight against other players to compete against the top rank in the leaderboard.
The Battle system consists of a team of four heroes fighting against the enemy in an eight-by-four grid battlefield. It is divided into two phases. The ally action phase is where the player can move, order, and command their heroes. Heroes can attack, reposition, cast skills, and ultimates to gain strategic advantage. The enemy action phase is where the enemy performs its actions while the player observes.
The battlefield can have different terrain effects since the environments vary. These terrain effects are status effects that can cause bleed, disarm, invulnerable, and stunned effects. Heroes can be equipped with different weapons, armor, and items. Hero skins grant different stats and variations of skills while also affecting the visuals of a hero. There are three main races in WonderHero; Human, Mech, and Cyborg. Races have combat advantages over one another. Weapons come in different elements such as fire, ice, wind, dark, and light. Certain elements are more effective against different bosses.
WND and HON are required to buy and upgrade heroes, weapons, equipment, and items from the marketplace. WND is the governance token and has a finite supply, and its farming output will increase over time compared to HON.
Hi there! WonderHero is a play-to-earn, turn-based battler where you can craft your own team and participate in various game modes. If you are looking for a new mobile game that you can delve into, you should try WonderHero.
You need to log in to your account when you launch the game.
First, you need to go to the game’s website and create an account by connecting your MetaMask wallet. You can then download the game on your device and log in to your newly created account. I played on an IOS device and found the experience quick and problem-free. This links your account and wallet to the game, which allows you to use your NFTs. The game requires you to have bought at least two hero NFT skins and two NFT weapons to be able to start a battle. Without purchasing these, you can only navigate through the game's menus.
You can access and monitor every feature from the main menu.
There are three different hero groups in the game; humans, cyborgs, and mechs will form your team. Each group has an advantage over another. (Humans>Mechs>Cyborgs >Humans)
You can take up to four heroes to battle.
Creating a balanced team of heroes equipped with different equipment and elements is crucial to winning battles. Weapons are divided into elements that are attached to them. They can either be fire, ice, wind, dark, or light. Equipment such as various armor will increase heroes’ attributes, and wearing a whole set will grant bonus skills to heroes.
There are sixteen heroes currently in the game.

You can view and customize which heroes you have a skin and a weapon for.
The game has an energy system that acts as stamina that you use to enter combat. It is limited to twelve points, and one point recovers automatically every two hours. Energy rewards that you obtain from battles can override the upper limit.
Each battle is turn-based, and they each revolve around two phases. The ally action phase is where you can plan your heroes’ attacks or perform actions to occur at the end of the phase, the game is basically paused in the ally action phase. The enemy action phase is where the enemy heroes plan their attacks and actions, in PvE modes, enemy actions occur immediately, while in PvP modes, you need to wait for the other player to finish. If you don’t want to watch your battles, you can choose to complete your battles automatically, but I’d advise against it since your heroes won’t be battling optimally. If you are not sure you will win a battle, it will be a waste of energy.
You should be wary of your formation in each battle.
Story missions are divided into chapters.
Battle mode is a PvE mode, and it is designed as an adventure campaign where you have to tackle battles in order to progress. Each level is different and possesses various challenges. You get stars and rewards when you complete missions, and you can advance to the following levels when you have enough stars. There are boss encounters where you will have to strategize more than the standard fights. Some bosses have breakable parts and different attacks that you have to react to, such as area of effect attacks and ultimate attacks that will kill your heroes in one blow.
Each chapter contains numerous battles.
Additionally, arena mode is the PvP mode where players compete against each other to achieve a spot on the leaderboard. PvP mode unlocks when you hit level six. I suggest advancing in battle mode first and developing a team that is strong in some aspects.
You can create a team that is balanced and see what is working and what is not and go on shaping your team from there.
I generally aimed to defeat the enemy very quickly with a team that consisted of hyper-attackers where they were all damage dealer glass cannons.
Be sure to complete daily missions and weekly quests to claim their rewards.
First, you can track every transaction you make on the market from the game’s website. This is very useful to see how much you have spent and earned. I invested 20 dollars and bought the cheapest weapons and hero skins, two of each. I was able to earn 1.3 dollars a day with my initial investment, however, as the levels got more challenging, I needed to buy better heroes and weapons to be able to progress. This means every time you invest more and more, your earnings and returns will increase accordingly.
