Introduction

JobTribes is a decentralized play-to-earn collectible trading card game on the Ethereum blockchain with its NFTs and cryptocurrencies, DEP and PALE. In JobTribes, players collect amulets called "Job Lords" that symbolize various professions and battle each other in card games to earn cryptocurrency and NFT rewards.

Gameplay

JobTribes is a trading card battle game that features a diverse cast of characters called Job Lords. These Job Lords represent various occupations from all around the world, from the familiar to the culturally or geographically specific. The game is set in a world where Job Lords are the protectors of their respective professions and are constantly fighting against each other to prove who is the strongest in their field.

The objective of the game is to collect and recruit as many Job Lords as possible and use them to battle against opponents. Each Job Lord has unique abilities and strengths, and players can level up their Job Lords to make them even stronger. The game also has a unique feature where players can combine Job Lords to create new and more powerful Job Lords.

Players build a deck of six cards, each representing a Job Lord, and then select which Job Lords to call forth during battles. The goal is to defeat all of the opponent's Job Lords, and the player who does so is declared the winner. The game features a turn-based battle system where players can use the Job Lord's skills and abilities to defeat their opponents.

One of the key aspects of the game is the use of Job Lord's skills. Each Job Lord has a set of unique skills that can be used during battles. These skills can range from powerful attacks that reduce the opponent's life points to state-altering abilities that can change the tide of the battle. However, using these skills comes at a cost, as they require a certain amount of budget to be used. This means that players must carefully judge the situation and use their Job Lord's skills strategically to win battles.

Another important aspect of the game is the compatibility of Job Lords. Each Job Lord has a set of compatibility attributes that determine how well they work together in battle. For example, some Job Lords have a strong compatibility with other Job Lords of the same profession, while others have a strong compatibility with Job Lords of a different profession. By understanding the compatibility of Job Lords, players can create powerful combinations of Job Lords to use in battle. The game requires players to have a good understanding of each Job Lord's abilities, strengths, and compatibility to create winning tactics and defeat opponents.

Players can earn rewards in the PvP arena. This game mode allows players to compete in real-time matches against other players from all over the world. Players can earn a significant amount of in-game currency, special items, and other rewards if they reach the top of the leaderboard. 

Token Information

DEP token is the main cryptocurrency of JobTribes. The currency can be used to purchase NFTs and can be considered a premium currency for in-game exchanges. PALE tokens are the in-game currency of JobTribes; they can be exchanged for DEP tokens or used to level up. Currently only PALE coins can be earned in-game to be exchanged for DEP to be sold on crypto exchanges.
