Ethermon

Introduction

Ethermon is an Ethereum-based play-to-earn blockchain NFT MMORPG game that aims to create NFTs (non-fungible tokens) for players to own, improve, use, and at the end of the day, profit from in-game assets. Since its first launch in 2017, the game’s increased its popularity and managed to earn more than 12.000 players with unique in-game assets.

Gameplay

The game’s universe revolves around Ether monsters (Mons), which makes Ether mons essential to gameplay. The Ethermon Universe is home to more than 100.000 unique Ether monsters.

Ethermon Play To Earn

Players can obtain Ether mons from the game’s official marketplace, from other players, or simply by playing the game. Mons, which can also be obtained by playing the free version of the game, is part of the play-to-earn feature of the game.

How to Play Ethermon

In Adventure mode, players send their Mons to explore one of 54 Adventure sites for a fee. In return, players can acquire a buff item, a wild Mon, or in-game currency based on the characteristics and type of the sent Ether Mon.

The PvP tournaments in the game allow players to compete with their own Mons teams against rival players. These tournaments are divided into various levels (ladders), and players can participate in these tournaments for free and win various prizes according to how well they did in the ladders. A PvP tournament lasts for six days before final placements are declared.

Token Information

The game has its currency, EMON token. EMON token is currently the only token within the Ethermon ecosystem.
