Rise of Elves is a decentralized play-to-earn strategy game on the Ethereum Blockchain with its NFTs and cryptocurrency, ROE. Undeads allows players to earn cryptocurrency through various in-game income-generating mechanics and socially interact with each other.
Rise of Elves is a virtual world game where players collect and battle with unique creatures called Elves. These elves are NFTs that can be paired with different attributes to create unique characters with unique abilities. The game has two main modes of play: adventure (PVE) and arena (PVP).
In Adventure mode, players can clear maps one by one in ten areas; each area will have multiple stages for players to challenge. To enter a stage, players will need to spend 1 energy. Rewards such as EXP, Crystals of Element, Magic Pages, and Hero Points can be earned by completing each stage. During battles, elves and heroes will accumulate technique points (TP) when they defeat enemies or take damage. When a character's TP is fully charged, their ultimate ability can be released, which can change the outcome of the battle. If players are unable to clear a stage, they can try reassembling their team or leveling up by farming more EXP and Magic Books.
In Arena mode, players can challenge one opponent among four teams selected by the system. The winner of the battle will be awarded trophies, and the loser will lose trophies. If a player can defeat a team with more trophies (higher ranking) than them, the reward will be increased, and vice versa. At the end of each tournament, players at the top of the leaderboard will be rewarded with ROE coins, the governance currency of Rise of Elves. The tournament period is a month and can be modified by players who hold ROE coins in the future.
Each elf is a unique NFT that consists of 7 parts: the body, top, ears, eyes, back, chest, and tail. Each part has different characteristics, making elves perform differently in battle. This means that each elf is truly one-of-a-kind, and players can collect, trade, and battle with these unique creatures.
One of the key features of Rise of Elves is the element system. There are nine elements of elves: water, fire, earth, wind, beast, plant, spirit, light, and dark. Each element has its strengths and weaknesses, making them suitable for different types of battles. For example, Fire Elves are strong against Earth Elves but weak against Water Elves. This adds an extra layer of strategy to the game, as players must choose the right elves for the right battle. Additionally, there are three rare elements in Rise of Elves: spirit, light, and dark, which can only be collected through a special combination from the evolution. This means that players who are able to collect these rare elves will have a distinct advantage in battle, as they will be some of the most powerful elves in the game.
ROE is the main currency of Rise of Elves. Players can earn ROE coins, the game's governance currency, through various in-game activities. One of the ways to earn ROE coins is by competing and winning in the arena. Players can challenge other teams, and if they come out victorious, they will be awarded with ROE coins as a reward. Another way to earn ROE coins is by ranking at the top of tournaments. The tournament usually runs for a month, and players who place at the top of the leaderboard will be rewarded with ROE coins. Players can also earn ROE coins by using the Rise of Elves official marketplace. The marketplace is where players can buy, sell, and trade their Elves and other in-game items. By participating in the marketplace, players can earn ROE coins through their transactions. Lastly, players can earn ROE coins by evolving their elves. Evolution is a game feature where players can combine different attributes to create new and powerful elves. ROE is spent on evolution fees, in the marketplace, and for trading in-game items and is exchangeable on markets as cryptocurrency.
